A condition when there is a cleft or the roof of a persons mouth has a gap similar to a dried up river in the palate or the hard part of the roof of your mouth. Once and awhile Cleft Palate is sometimes associated with eye abnormalities, it can either be on the same side or on the opposite side. Not the same... Believe it or not?
